Cynthia Meehan is the founder and force behind Meeting Yourself in Menopause, a 12-week mentorship program designed to help women move from confusion and fatigue to clarity and empowerment.

She’s walked this road herself—through the unpredictable waves of perimenopause and the frustrating lack of support. With 30+ years of leadership in biotech and pharma, including a focus on immunology, oncology, and rare diseases, Cynthia combines clinical credibility with compassionate coaching to help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality.
